The Stay in School program is designed to incentivize and motivate graduating high school seniors to stay engaged in school and achieve academic success throughout their senior year. To date, more than 700 students have participated in the annual Stay in School program.

The winner of the car will be selected via lottery and only students who attend the in-person drawing are eligible to win. Other students with perfect attendance are eligible to win monetary donations and swag bags provided by Premier Automotive Group, along with All-Star Electric, Mobile-One Auto Sound, Core Construction, and Greg and Kristin Swanson Insurance Agency.

"Given the pandemic and the hardships many of our students have faced, I'm glad our graduates will be able to continue the annual tradition of competing for a car, thanks to our friend Troy Duhon and his team," said NOLA-PS Superintendent Dr. Henderson Lewis, Jr. "It's such a fantastic reward for our students' commitment to staying in school, furthering their education, and graduating."

"This event is very important to me personally. I want to be part of the solution to keeping kids in school," said Troy Duhon, founder and president of Premier Automotive. "During the last 15 years, we have awarded several hundred outstanding high school seniors with new cars and/or scholarships. Hopefully, we have inspired them to succeed in life."
